Newborn Cloth Diaper Rental

• Choose a Program (Prefolds or Premium Rental)
• Choose Diapers (Choices vary by rental program) 
• Pay $25 Program Fee & Rental Deposit
• We mail your diapers to you for the date of your choosing.
• Keep the diapers as long as you want.
• Don't like a diaper?  Want to exchange it?  Just email us and we will send you new diapers.  You just need to cover the shipping.
• Contact us for a return shipping label when you are finished with the diapers.
• USPS will pick up your diapers at your home for the day of your choosing.
• Choose Cash Back or Store Credit and receive your refund.
• If you choose to keep any of the diapers or accessories you will be billed for them at a discounted rate.

• 24 New & Gently used newborn diapers
• 24 Reusable Liners or 1 pack disposable liners
• 3 Night / Nap Time Doublers

• Cloth Diaper Safe Rash Cream
• Gently used Pail Liner

•  Water test strip (to test for hard or soft water)
• Complete care instructions.
• Free shipping to and from us.
• At home pick up for your diapers when shipping back to us.
• Email and phone support for the length of your rental and afterwords if you continue to cloth diaper. 

Specific Programs:

 

• Prefolds: You receive 24 Cotton Prefolds, 2 Snappis and Bummis covers. $70 deposit.
• Premium: You choose any combination of Lil' Joey All-in-Ones, BumGenius All-in-Ones, Fuzzi Bunz Pocket Diapers, MiniMaestro Pocket Diapers, BabyKicks Hemp Prefolds, Cotton Prefolds, Punkin' Butt StayDry Hemp Inserts, Fitteds and Bummis Covers. $150 deposit.
  
  
• Grab Bag Slot: Our grab bag slots are available last minute based on extra diapers we have around.  You can choose your preferences BUT they will be limited by what is on hand.  They are the standard rate, but we do not apply a late fee due to limited availability of styles.
  

  Cost Overview:

• Non-Refundable Program Fee: $25

• Deposit ($70 - $150 depends on Program Selection)
• Prefold Rental: $70 Deposit
• Premium Rental: $150 Deposit

•  Monthly Costs
• $20 / month (for those receiving store credit)
• $40 / month (for those receiving cash back)

• Multiples
• We have a special program for our multiples.  Instead of giving a discount, we instead send you 2 sets of diapers.  You will receive 48 premie diapers which will fit your little one up to 6-7lbs, and then a set of 48 newborn diapers which will fit up until 12 lbs.  We have found this to be the best way to accommodate our tiniest friends and give you the best cloth diapering experience possible.
• Deposits: $25 per baby.
• Monthly Fees: $20 per baby a month for the store credit option and $40 per baby for the cash back option.
• Time frame:  Because we often have to special order the premie diapers, we ask that we get 2-3 months notice on multiples. 

• Shipping: Free shipping.
• Any costs for non-returned or damaged products.

Please Note:  Starting with December rentals we will be increasing our costs: 

• Deposits will increase to the following:  
• Prefold Rental: $70 Deposit
• Premium Rental: $150 Deposit
• Monthly Costs: Store Credit: $20/month, Cash Back $40/month.
  

 

• You will be required to submit a valid credit card with your order. If anything is damaged, lost or stolen your card will be billed for the full retail value of those items.
• Please try to register for your rental at LEAST 8 weeks prior to wanting to receive them in order to ensure all of your diaper selections are available to ship for your desired date.  Orders placed with less than 8 weeks notice may be limited to the selection we have on hand.  If you need them immediately please let us know but you mat be subject to rush fees.
• Rush Fees (if applicable): Due to high demand for our rental program, orders placed less than 6 week from desired date will have a $25 non-refundable rush fee applied.  Orders placed less than 3 weeks from date requested will have a $40 non-refundable rush fee applied.
  
• Your deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to rental starting.  After that it is non-refundable due to us having processed and prepped your diapers.
